This is the height of the throne that Jones sits on. Made of boxes. Not really a ladder.
All the chairs are meant to be boxes of different heights. The table is a flat level.

An audience perspective. The chairs in a straight line aren't boxes but where the audience sits.
I'm an amazing artist, I know. This is meant to show the main height levels. The straight lines are the wall of boxes against the back of the stage. The diagonal is the main formation of boxes with the left being the throne of Jones (The ladder in pictures) and the second will become a large puppet of a crocodile.
I have re-added this picture so I can print it in the direction that I need it to face
